Pablo Rodriguez graduated in 2000 with a BA in Business Administration and received his MBA in 2002. He was a four-year letter winner in soccer and a two-time NCCAA All-American in 1997 and 1998. Also in 1997 and 1998, Pablo made 1st team in the Mid-Central Conference and the North Central Regional Team.
After his collegiate experience, Pablo played professionally in Mexico. Pablo was just as successful as a head coach as he was a player for the Pilots. He was named the Coach of the Year three times in the Mid-Central Conference in 2002, 2003, and 2004. He was also named the NAIA Region 8 Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2004.
