Her second year on the ballot, Yoder competed for the women's basketball team from 2008-11. Yoder graduated as only the third two-time NAIA All-American in program history, earning Honorable Mention status in 2009 and 2010, joining AJ Whitehead and Natalie Young with that distinction (Laura Johnson would also join the exclusive club three seasons later).
Yoder was named a two-time NCCAA All-American, earning Second Team honors in both 2010 and 2011, while earning All-Tournament honors each year as well and helping the Pilots to back-to-back NCCAA National Championships in 2010 and 2011.
Yoder was the Crossroads League Co-Newcomer of the Year with her teammate, Amber Peters, in 2009, and became a three-time All-League performer, earning First Team honors in 2009 and 2010 and Second Team honors in 2011.
In just three seasons as a Pilot, Yoder finished her career with 1,512 points, the eighth-most in program history. She recorded 462 assists, fourth-most in program history, and 284 steals, second-most in program history. She is one of two players in program history with at least 1,500 points, 400 assists, and 200 steals.
