Paul and Tonya Condry have been staples on the Bethel sidelines for the past two decades. The "Voice of the Pilots", Paul is the President and Founder of Regional Radio Sports Network (RRSN) and has been providing play-by-play coverage of Bethel basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball, beginning with men's basketball since 2000.

 

Paul and Tonya, and the RRSN crew, have been on the call for many highlights in Bethel's illustrious history over the past two decades, including celebrating NCCAA National Championships for men's basketball in 2007 and women's basketball in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2010, and 2011.

 

Paul is a member of the Indiana Sportswriters & Sportscasters Association (ISSA) Hall of Fame and was awarded the Ron Lemasters Lifetime Achievement Award from the ISSA in 2018. He is a four-time winner of the National Sportscasters & Sportswriters Assocation (NSAA) Indiana Sportscaster of the Year Award and the ISSAA Marv Bates Award winner for the Indiana Sportscaster of the Year.

 

Paul also founded and serves as the Executive Director of "On God's Team Ministries", an organization promoting faith in the world of sports. Tonya serves as the Accountant and Event Coordinator for RRSN and leads the team-behind-the-team for Paul's broadcasts.

 

The Dr. Albert J. Beutler Athletic Hall of Fame committee consists of Bethel faculty Norm Spivey, Tim Erdel, Robby Prenkert, Kent Eby, Bethel Women's Volleyball Head Coach Katie Weiss, and Bethel athletic administrators Tony Natali, Christopher Hess, and Andrew Bowen. 

 

The Dr. Albert J. Beutler Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on Friday, June 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Dining Commons on the campus of Bethel University. The 30th Annual Bethel Athletics Hall of Fame Golf Classic will precede the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Blackthorn Golf Club. Registration begins at 7:30 and will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00 am.
