Bethel Athletics Hall of Fame
Drew Peterson graduated in 1991 with a BA Degree in Elementary Education. Drew received his Master of Ministries Degree in 1996 at Bethel College. Drew was the head softball coach for ten years, which included winning the NCCAA National Championship in 1995. His overall coaching record was 279-150-2 with his best season coming in 1995 with 45 wins.
Drew also led his 2000 softball team to its highest NAIA ranking in school's history (12th). Drew was a 7-time Mid-Central Conference Coach of the Year, 4-time NCCAA Region 4 Coach of the Year, 2-time NAIA Region 21 Coach of the Year, and the 1995 NCCAA National Coach of the Year. His teams won the Mid-Central Conference 6 times out of his 10 seasons. He has coached 4-NAIA All-Americans and 13-NCCAA All-Americans.
