Javier Guevara graduated in 2005 with a B.A. in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Business, Spanish, and Computer Applications. He was a four-year letter winner in baseball. Javier was named the NCCAA National Player of the Year in 2005, was a three-time NAIA Honorable Mention All-American ('03, '04, '05), and a three-time NCCAA All-American ('03, '04, '05). In addition, he was a three-time MCC First-Team All-Conference selection ('03, '04, '05) and a three-time NAIA All-Region selection ('03, '04, '05). Upon graduation, Javier held school records for career doubles - 63, single season doubles - 24 ('04), and career batting average - .424.
