ELKHART, Ind. --- The Bethel Women's Swim and Dive team swept the field on Saturday's home quad meet against Aquinas (Mich.), Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), and DePauw (Ind.).
MEET HIGHLIGHTS
The 200-medley relay team of Mikaela Vanasdale, Makaylynn VanEerden, Kayla Logeais, and Josefina Gonzalez took third to start the meet, finishing with a time of 1:53.51.
Elizabeth Williams dropped a new best time in the 1000-yard freestyle (11:34.89), which put her in third for the event.
Aixa Recchioni won the 200 freestyle (1:56.65) and set a new school record in the 100 butterfly (58.81), which resulted in her winning the event.
Teagan Risher won the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:30.91.
The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Aixa Recchioni, Dominique van Vuure, Josefina Gonzalez, and Jaylyn Harrison won the event at 3:39.14.
NEXT TIME OUT
The Pilots travel to Terre Haute, Ind., to swim against NCAA DIII Rose-Hulman (Ind.) on Saturday, Nov. 4, with a time to be announced.
