Head Coach Jamal Henry shared, "We knew, going into this match, that we had to jump on them early out of the gate and not give them a chance to gain confidence in the match. Â We didn't play as well as I would have liked in doubles, but it was still good enough to secure the doubles point. Â In singles, we really took care of business. Â All of the ladies did their job of making it hard for their opponents, despite some injuries we were playing with, coming out of last week's ITA Regionals. Â It was a great, first team win, and definitely something to build on heading into Friday's matchup versus IU-Kokomo."
The Friday IU Kokomo faceoff will take place at Ward Baker Park at 5:00 PM.
