GAINESVILLE, Fla. --- After the final day of the NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championship, Alecia Parker placed 11th in the Shot Put as the last Bethel representative on Saturday.

Parker threw a 13.34-meter mark on her first attempt and followed with her top throw of 13.52 meters on the second attempt. Her attempt was 13.19, but she did not make the cut to continue, finishing 11th.

Bethel moves to the outdoor season, starting on Mar. 29, for the Knight Open at Marian University in Indianapolis.
