Elkhart, Ind. --- In the Pilot's first time hosting the KCAC Swim and Dive Championship at the Elkhart Aquatic Center, the Men's Swim and Dive team took a runner-up finish.
There were a number of records broken including Manel Casado in the 200 freestyle at 1:41.66, Ford Crackel in the 100 backstroke at 52.72, the 800 freestyle relay team of Logan Berndt, Nacho Vinagre, Ford Crackel, and Manel Casado at 6:55.13, Crackel in the 200 backstroke at 1:53.72, Berndt in the 100 freestyle at 45.57, Joe Sheets in the 200 butterfly at 1:57.94, the 400 freestyle relay team of Crackel, Vinagre, Casado, and Berndt at 3:08.03, the 200 freestyle relay team of Bowman, Vinagre, Casado and Berndt at 1:26.17, Berndt in the 50 freestyle at 21.14 and the 400 medley relay team of Crackel, Sheets, Berndt and Vinagre.
The Pilots had two first-place finishes, with Nick Bohm winning the 3-meter dive with a score of 232.15 and Logan Berndt in the 100 butterfly at 48.50, a KCAC and school record.
The Men's team was awarded the KCAC Team of Character Award, and Logan Berndt was named the KCAC Champion of Character.

The Pilots are waiting for the NAIA to announce who will compete in the NAIA National Championship in Columbus, Ga., from March 6 to 9.
