PLYMOUTH, Ind. - Bethel Women's Golf continued their hot start to the fall season, pulling out a hard-fought victory at the Pretty Lake Intercollegiate. Bethel's 54-hole total of 937 was just enough to hold off a formidable showing from Grace College, who finished just 2 shots behind. The teams entered the third and final round tied and went back-and-forth all day long with both teams holding a 5 shot lead at one point. Key birdies and clutch par saves by all five Pilots in the final two holes proved to be the difference.
Ellie Webster (76-76-78) led the way for Bethel once again, finishing tied at the top of the leaderboard, before conceding medalist honors in a playoff, while Abby Dymott finished fourth overall with scores of 82-74-77 and earned her second straight all-tournament nod.
Izzy Aigner was solid once again for the Pilots and finished just one shot out of the top five, firing rounds of 79-78-77.
Karisa Dyer came up big again in the final round and finished out the scoring for Bethel with a finishing score of 78.
