Box Score MISHAWAKA, Ind. ---The Bethel Pilots (15-12, 7-7) swept the Goshen College Maple Leafs (25-17, 25-18, 25-17) on Wednesday evening in the Gates Gymnasium.

Haley Biedenbach now holds approximately 3074 assists. The junior claimed the No. 4 spot in the Bethel record books for career assists last Saturday, Oct. 18 (3047) when the Pilots hosted the Indiana Wesleyan Wildcats.
Donna Nawrocki (1993-95) previously held the No. 4 spot with 3046 assists.

Ainsley Tacke,
Liberty Pierson,
Paige Franz, and
Breyana Bosket were top contributors for the Pilots on Wednesday.
Ainsley Tacke served as a leader in every statistical category excluding assists. The senior pin hitter racked up 11 kills, one ace, two blocks, and nine digs.
Jess Hand's serving efforts also paid off in the conclusive set. The junior defensive specialist served five consecutive times to build a on a Bethel point run (initiated by Tacke's kill).
Head Coach Erica Dregits shared, "We needed this one. It felt good to see the team clicking again, communicating, and having fun out there. When we play for each other, good things happen."
Ainsley Tacke shared, "I am very happy with our performance tonight. It is hard to lose four straight but we bounced back and were firing on all cylinders tonight! Now it's time to get ready for Grace on Saturday!!"
The Grace College Lancers now rank seventh in the Crossroads League behind the Bethel Pilots (sixth). While the rivals each hold a 7-7 conference record, Bethel (15-12) holds one more win over Grace (14-12).
The road matchup will be held at Manahan OCC, with first serve at approximately 1 PM.
