GREENCASTLE, Ind. --- In the first meet of 2025, the Bethel Pilots (3-5) falls short of a victory against the NCAA DIII Depauw Tigers (3-4) 191-93 at the Charles P. Erdman Natatorium on Saturday.
Zach Anguish won the 1,000 freestyle over three Tigers with a time of 9:59.39 in a race where he maintained a high 20, and low 30 split, with his best being a 26.81 in the first lap.
Vincenzo Di Palo won the 100 breaststroke at 1:01.11 over 12 Tigers and one fellow Pilot at a 28.88 and 32.23 split.
Nick Bohm won the 1 and 3-meter dive with a 256.35 in the 1-meter and 271.20 in the 3-meter over teammate
Owen Fleck, who scored 191.75 in the 1-meter and 194.80 in the 3-meter.
The Pilots prepare for a dual meet with the Olivet Nazarene Tigers at the Perry Center on Saturday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
