COLUMBIA, S.C. --- The Bethel Pilots saw Brennen Bargesser and Shane Glasco become NCCAA Outdoor National Champions in the Pilots' seventh place finish at 42 points, finishing under Wayland Baptist.
Shane Glasco won the high jump for the third year in a row, jumping 1.99 meters, over Campbellsville's Kilan Macklin, who jumped 1.96 meters.
Brennen Bargesser is also an NCCAA Outdoor National Champion in the 200-meter with a time of 21.77, which is in front of Westmont's (Calif.) Narinda Rafidimalala at 22.03.
Anthony Maxwell took fifth in the Javelin at 48.95 meters and beat his 2023 mark of 37.95 meters.
The Men's 4x100 finished fourth with a time of 42.50 and scored five points for the Pilots.
Avery Richardson reached a PR of 1:55.53 in the 800 meter and placed seventh.
