MISHAWAKA, Ind. --- The Bethel Pilots (9-12, 4-10) swept the Saint Mary of the Woods Pomeroys (14-15, 2-13) for the third time in program history and the first time in Goodman Gymnasium.
Tiago Silva swung a career-high .667 hitting percentage with 11 kills and only one error on 15 attempts.
The Pilots aced the Pomeroys seven times, and McGwire Eigenrauch collected 23 assists, with Ege Gul putting up 12; the team had 36 assists.
The Pilots took advantage of the Pomeroys' .157 hitting percentage, but Bethel made more attempts, 92, to reach the Pomeroys' 70.
