CEDARVILLE, Ohio --- The Men's Track and Field team placed seventh out of 18 teams at the NCCAA Indoor National Championship at Cedarville University on Friday and Saturday.
Avery Richardson took sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.16 and scored three points for the Pilots toward their team total.
Brennen Bargesser scored for the Pilots in the 200-meter dash, finishing fifth with a time of 23.00. He was also part of the 4x400 relay team, which finished fifth at 3:32.32, for four points, and the 4x200 relay team that took eighth with a time of 1:34.24 and scored one point.
Joey Rutten took fourth in the Pole Vault, tied Ivan Emde of Trinity Christian and Orion Dowdall of Roberts Wesleyan with a mark of 4.40 meters, and added five points.
Shane Glasco took runner-up in the High Jump with a 2.02-meter mark and scored eight points.

The Pilots prepare for the Crossroads League Championship on Friday, Feb. 16, and Saturday, Feb. 17, in Indianapolis, Ind., hosted by the Marian Knights.
