WINONA LAKE, Ind. --- In a big dogfight for seeding and national rankings, the #10 Bethel Pilots defeated the #4 Grace Lancers 1-0 for their fourth Crossroads League Regular season title in a row.
The Pilots were held to four shots in the first half, including Piero Sabroso's goal in the 18th minute, assisted by Isaac Hernandez and Miguel Martins.
Sabroso scored his eighth goal of the season, tying Julian Vargas Talamantes for the most goals on the team this season.
Tonight's matchup marks the second year in a row where Grace and Bethel played in a top 25 matchup to end the regular season, and the Pilots claim their fourth Crossroads League Regular Season Title in a row.
