Spring Arbor, Mich. --- The Bethel University Women's Soccer team fell in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinals to NAIA #4 Spring Arbor University, losing 5-0.
The Pilots had 4 shots during the game and 1 on goal coming from Lenna Thomas but were overmatched by the Cougars, who kept the pressure up having 22 shots during the match.
Jael Schubert recorded 4 saves and played 79 minutes of the game as senior Kristen Terrell subbed in to play the last 11 minutes of the match and got two saves of her own.
Two goals From Mackenzie Selvius, two from Lexi Ponstein, and one from Ariana Stoltzfus gave SAU the win as they advance to the league semi-finals on Wednesday, November 9
th.
