Sioux City, Iowa --- The Bethel University Women's Volleyball team had a tough start to Pool E in the NAIA National Championship, as the RV Pilots lost to the fourth-ranked Corban Warriors in three straight sets.
Isabelle North-Greene kept her stride as she had 13 kills on only four attack errors, while
Maddy Payne and Michaela Whittaker supported with eight kills.
Freshman
Elise Schildermans performed well in her first appearance on the National Championship stage, commanding the attack with 17 assists.
Three Pilots were in double-digits in digs with
Paige Hickey (13),
Jackelin Fernandez (12), and
Madyson Beaver (11), the first time Bethel has had three players hit double digits in a match all season.

- Bethel was under a .200 hitting percentage the entire match.
- Maddy Payne and Isabelle North-Greene accounted for 24.5 of the 48 Pilot points.
