Columbia, SC ---It was a long road travelled, but a journey with a victorious finish as the NAIA RV Bethel University Women's Volleyball team defeated NAIA #22 Columbia International (SC) 3-0 in the Opening Round of the NAIA National Tournament, advancing to the Final Site Pool Play in Sioux City, IA.

Cheyanne Seymour and
Madyson Beaver led the attack with nine kills each, while contributing to the Pilots .323 hitting percentage.
The victory was the Pilots' first over a top 25 team since defeating Taylor, ranked #13 at the time, on Oct. 1 by a score of 3-1. Bethel's record improves to 22-11 for the season.
