Columbia, SC ---It was a long road travelled, but a journey with a victorious finish as the NAIA RV Bethel University Women's Volleyball team defeated NAIA #22 Columbia International (SC) 3-0 in the Opening Round of the NAIA National Tournament, advancing to the Final Site Pool Play in Sioux City, IA.

Isabelle North-Greene, Cheyanne Seymour and Madyson Beaver led the attack with nine kills each, while contributing to the Pilots .323 hitting percentage.

The victory was the Pilots' first over a top 25 team since defeating Taylor, ranked #13 at the time, on Oct. 1 by a score of 3-1. Bethel's record improves to 22-11 for the season.
