COACHING PHILOSOPHY / WHY DO YOU COACH?

  • “I use the platform of coaching volleyball to create an environment of trust, growth, and fun. I invest time and effort into the spiritual formation of the team and individual athletes. I push the team to work hard, give their best effort, and compete at their highest possible level. I define success as putting God first, others second, and ourselves third, never giving up, and having fun. I coach in order to mentor and disciple young women and walk with them through their college years.
