Jeremy Brown

A veteran of the women’s lacrosse coaching community, Brown has been coaching women’s lacrosse for 25 years.

He is entering his 8th year coaching at Bethel, and the 7th as head coach. In his first season as an assistant, he helped lead the team to the WCLL conference finals. He took over as the head coach his second season and led the team’s transition into the NAIA.

Over the past 7 years, Brown has built the program up and led them to three straight conference tournament appearances. He has developed 6 all-conference players, has been named the WHAC conference coach of the year, and twice named the conference Coach of Character.

Prior to his time at Bethel, Brown was the head coach of nearby Penn High School for 17 years, where he led the program to a pair of state championships along with three runners-up finishes. In total, he coached five all-Americans, along with dozens of all-state players, including five all-state goalies. His team was also awarded the inaugural Honor the Game award by US Lacrosse’s Indiana chapter for their sportsmanship and respect of the game.

In addition to his time at Penn, Brown also coached an Indiana All-Star Team in the Vail Shootout and the Indiana/Kentucky Team in the USL Women's Division National Tournament. Coach Brown also served as the president of the Indiana Girls Lacrosse Association for seven years and helped oversee the growth of lacrosse throughout the entire state.

Coach Brown lives in Granger with his wife Mandy, 8 year old daughter Sophia, and 6 year old son Alex.
