Bethel University (Ind)

2023-24 (Junior at Bethel University) Highlights: McNeil was named a 2024 NCCAA Scholar-Athlete for her academic work. 

2022-23 (Sophomore at Indiana Wesleyan University) Highlights: Appeared in 19 out of a possible 55 games. McNeil pitched for 17 innings with an ERA of 2.88, striking out 11 batters. McNeil also recorded one RBI and one run scored. 

2021-22 (Freshman at Indiana Wesleyan University) Highlights: Appeared in seven out of a possible 64 games. McNeil struck out three batters, posted two RBI's, and scored one run in her first season as a Wildcat. 

High School: McNeil competed for the Scrappers travel softball program, in addition to playing softball for four years at her high school  program. Additionally, McNeil competed in both volleyball and basketball for two years. McNeil received All-Conference, All-District, and All-Region recognition for three seasons. McNeil was also named to the All-State 1st Team in her senior year, and was named an Honorable Mention for the All-State team during her sophomore year.
