Ryan Bollier begins his first season as a student assistant coach for the Pilots. Originally recruited in the class with Matt Schauss and Zach Miller, an existing shoulder injury forced Bollier to redshirt his first season and eventually retire from playing competitively.

At Leo High School in Fort Wayne, Bollier averaged 20.8 points per game as a senior, and scored over 1,000 points in his career. Bollier was named to the First Team All-Allen County Athletic Conference and was named Tournament MVP, along with the Allen County Voice Outstanding Player of the Year.

Bollier is pursuing his undergraduate studies in Philosophy and Biblical Studies.
