MARION, Ind. – Bethel Women's Volleyball dropped a Crossroads League match at No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan on Wednesday, falling in straight sets 25-20, 25-19, 25-18. Liberty Pierson and Alex Brown each finished with nine kills to pace the Pilots' attack.

SET ONE
- Indiana Wesleyan opened with back-to-back kills from Aubree Deshetsky, but Bethel answered with kills from Liberty Pierson and Alex Brown to keep the set within reach through the midway point.
- The Pilots built their largest lead of the set at 16-14 on the strength of a service run, forcing back-to-back Indiana Wesleyan attack errors.
- Indiana Wesleyan closed the set on a decisive run down the stretch, getting kills from Jaycee Folkers and Mariana Van der aa to seal it 25-20.
SET TWO
- Bethel raced out to a 6-0 lead behind Haley Biedenbach's serving, with kills from Liberty Pierson and Hayden Ramsey and a Biedenbach ace mixed in.
- Indiana Wesleyan clawed all the way back and eventually tied the set before a scoring stretch from Ashlee Gallegos's serve, capped by Marin Sanchez kills, put the Wildcats in front for good.
- Indiana Wesleyan finished the set on a run, getting the final points on kills from Marin Sanchez to close it out 25-19.
SET THREE
- The two teams traded points throughout the early going, tying the set repeatedly.
- Bethel's biggest push came on a run behind Isabelle Schlundt's serve, with kills from Alex Brown, Taylor Delp and Hayden Ramsey building a 10-7 lead, but Indiana Wesleyan answered to tie it back up.
- Indiana Wesleyan clinched the set and the sweep with a decisive closing run from 17-17, getting kills from Marin Sanchez and Aubree Deshetsky to finish it off 25-18.
