Box Score MISHAWAKA, Ind. ---The No. 13 Bethel Pilots (17-4, 15-0) swept the Aquinas College Saints (7-18, 4-13) three sets to none (25-12, 27-25, 25-11) on Saturday afternoon in the Goodman Gymnasium.
With the victory, the Pilots have completed their season sweep of Aquinas. Bethel previously beat the Saints on February 24 on the road.
Thomas Dunkley totaled 16 kills to serve as the attacking leader, while
Ling Pak Him added seven.
Christian Woumnga,
Santana Roybal-Benson, and
Ling Pak Him each added a service ace.
Defensively,
Jibbe Boeren posted four blocks while
Eduardo Kerkoski contributed nine digs.
McGwire Eigenrauch totaled 33 assists, averaging eleven per set.
The Bethel Pilots showcased 10 more kills than the Saints (41-31), and remained aggressive on defensive with 32 digs.
The Pilots will next face the Cornerstone University Golden Eagles (10-14, 9-8) on Tuesday, April 7 in the Goodman Gymnasium. First serve is set for 7 PM.
