MISHAWAKA, Ind. ---The Bethel Women's Outdoor Track and Field Team competed at the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet on Friday and the ONU Outdoor Open on Saturday, with four Pilots highlighting the action. 

On Friday, Tanique Taylor posted a third place finish in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 14.23s for a season best. 

Nicanta Smith placed in the top-ten for both the 200m Dash (sixth, 25.25s) and the 100m Dash (tenth, 12.21s) for personal bests in each event. 

From the field, Alecia Parker and Sydney Rice finished gold and silver respectively in the Women's Shot Put. Parker recorded a mark of 12.11m while Rice posted an impressive 11.31m. 

Assistant Coach Andre Moodie shared, "Phenomenal meet, lots of PR's across the board, which is a great way to head to conference. Our kids ran to glorify the Lord and represented Bethel well." 

The Bethel Pilots will next compete at the Crossroads League Championship, set for April 30 - May 1 on the campus of Indiana Wesleyan University.
