Box Score INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. ---The Bethel Pilots (3-4, 2-3) fell 17-3 to the No. 9 Marian University Knights (5-3, 3-1) on Saturday at Ascension St. Vincent Field.
The Knights showcased an aggressive first quarter, totaling three goals for an early lead.
Megan Williams narrowed the deficit with just four minutes left on the clock for her ninth goal of the season (3-1).
After NAIA ranked Marian accrued an 11-1 lead,
Kristen Werker found the back of the net in the third for her first goal of the season (11-2, 7:55).
Ella Thomasma followed suit in the final quarter for the Pilots' final goal of the game, and her first on the season (14-3, 8:59).

Maddie Reel recorded a strong performance in net, finishing with 13 saves on 41 shots
The Bethel Pilots will look for their next victory on Wednesday, April 8. They will face the Madonna University Crusaders (3-7, 1-3) at the MU Soccer and Lacrosse Field at 5 PM.
