VALPARAISO, Ind.---The Bethel Women's Swim & Dive Team fell 194-68 to NCAA Division One Valparaiso University on Friday evening at Valparaiso High School.
Senior
Jaylyn Harrison claimed first place in the 100 Yard Free with a time of 53.57. In the 200 Yard Free, Harrison finished with a time of 1:57.17 to take second.
Freshman
Ella Wardle won the 200 Yard Individual Medley, hitting the NAIA provisional standard (2:15.63). The England Native also saw success in the 100 Yard Breaststroke, claiming second with a time of 1:09.42.
Junior
Aixa Recchioni added to the frenzy of top three finishes with a time of 59.28 in the 100 Yard Backstroke, crushing the NAIA provisional standard of 1:01.46.
Freshman
Addison Jones teamed up alongside Harrison, Wardle, and Recchioni to take second in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:44.07).
Although Valparaiso University did not have any divers competing, Freshman
Sarah Graves qualified for NAIA Nationals with her 1-Meter Score over six dives.
The Pilots will next compete at Elkhart Health & Aquatics on Saturday, Jan. 24 for Senior Day. The meet will commence at 1 PM and Seniors

Jaylyn Harrison, and
Isabela Nuet will be recognized for their contributions to the Bethel Women's Swim and Dive Program.
