Box Score SPRING ARBOR, Mich. ---The No. 3 Bethel Pilots (12-2-2, 6-1-1) defeated the (RV) Spring Arbor University Cougars (9-7-1, 4-3-1) 2-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Cougar Soccer Complex.
Bethel remains in the first place spot in the Crossroads League, above the No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan Wildcats.
Eduardo Pedroza scored both goals for the Pilot offense in the fifth and 74th minutes of the matchup.
Maarten Schouten posted two saves and received the shutout.

Bethel will next face Indiana Wesleyan who holds five wins, three ties, and a No. 9 National ranking.
The Pilots will host the Wildcats on Morey Field for Senior Night on Wed, Oct. 29. Kickoff is set for 6 PM with seniors announced at 5:15 PM.
