MISHAWAKA, Ind. ---The Bethel Esports Team swept Aquinas College in a WHAC Rocket League matchup on Wednesday evening.
In game one (9-1),
Gustavo Alvarez (Goose) led the team in goals scored with five. Camerion Napier (napier) led the team in assists with two.
In the 5-2 game two victory, Pilots
Gustavo Alvarez and
Nicholas Graber (ba.ng) posted two goals each.
Highlighting the game three win (4-1) was
Cameron Napier. Napier not only scored twice, but also picked up two saves and one assist.
Head Coach Jacob Rendall shared, "Good win to get as we start to move towards our postseason in WHAC. Got to see some great teamwork from our players, and the outcome is what we expected and hoped for. With the playoffs coming up soon, you always want to be starting to peak and continue to build momentum, and this is a great way to start to make that push forward."
The Pilots' next Rocket League matchup will take place tonight at 8 PM against the University of Delaware.
