MISHAWAKA, Ind. --- A trio of Pilots (6-1-1) scored unassisted goals in a non-conference 3-0 shutout win over the IU East Red Wolves (0-6-2) on a wet Friday night under the lights at Morey Field.
With the first half winding down,
Leila Mojtahedi scored from a long distance in the 44th minute to break the silence.
Leena Thomas netted the second Pilot goal out wide and attempted to center the ball but snuck it past the Red Wolves keeper.
Autumn Beaudoin capped off the Pilot offensive in the 81st minute to secure the 3-0 shutout.
Bethel dominated possession out shooting IU-East 13-2 with 10 of the Pilot shots coming in the second half. The Pilots won against the Red Wolves for the first time in Women's Soccer history and now hold a record of 1-1-1 all-time.

The Pilots host the Spring Arbor Cougars for the first Crossroads League match of the season on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 6 p.m. at Morey Field.
