Box Score 2 HUNTINGTON, Ind. --- The Bethel Baseball squad (8-18, 3-13) lost twice (11-1, 2-1) on Monday vs. the Huntington Foresters (16-11, 11-5).
GAME 1
Huntington scored consistently against the Pilots, as they scored one or two runs every inning.
The Pilots' highlight of the game was a home run by Jordan Landkrohn in the fourth, which put Bethel on the board.
The game ended with the Foresters winning 11-1.
Ty Mickiewicz pitched three innings with seven hits and three walks, followed by Kolby Kovatch and Peter Wallsmith, who each pitched for two innings.
GAME 2
No runs came in until the top of the 7th when Seth Ambrose doubled down the right-field line to bring in Jesse Stout, who got on earlier with a fielder's choice.
Huntington scored twice in the bottom of the inning to pull out a 2-1 last-minute win over the Pilots.
Riley Thomas pitched two innings with three strikeouts and four walks.
NEXT TIME OUT
The Pilots will be at home as they take on Indiana Wesleyan University on March 28 and 29. Both games are at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
