ASHLAND, Neb. — The Bethel Pilots men's cross-country team secured 24th place out of 27 teams at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic held at Mahoney State Park on Saturday. The team celebrated three personal records (PRs) during the event.
Elijah Poorman led the Pilots with a PR time of 26:46.9, finishing 128th. Devyn Clements followed with a PR of 28:43.5, placing 251st, and Benjamin Keller achieved a PR of 29:23.2. Aaron Douglass recorded the second-best time for the Pilots, clocking in at 27:09.4 for 157th place. Alexavier Arce posted the third-best time for the team with a season-best 27:18.7, finishing 168th. Logan Mann also hit a season-best time of 30:45.0, placing 304th.
The Pilots will next compete in the Crossroads League Championship on Friday, Nov. 8, at 10:30 a.m. at the TUXC Farm at Taylor University in Indiana.
