Box Score UPLAND, Ind. --- The RV Women's Volleyball team (18-3, 7-3) traveled to Taylor University (11-11, 2-8) to battle the Trojans and swept a 3-0 win.
The Pilots started the first set strong with a 6-2 run, but Taylor fought back and tied it up at 18. Taylor grabbed the lead momentarily, but Bethel found a 5-1 run late to win the first set 25-22.
Taylor pushed early in the second and maintained a steady two-point lead through the set. A Bethel timeout was called late in the second set, with Bethel being down by two (23-21). Immediately after, a four-point run by the Pilots won them the second set 25-23
The Pilots found a 10-4 lead in the third set, with kills coming from Isabelle Greene and Taylor Delp. As they held a steady lead, the Pilots coasted to a third set win 25-17 to give them a 3-0 win over the Trojans.

The Pilots will travel to Winona Lake, Ind., to take on Grace College Lancers in a marquee Crossroads League matchup on Oct. 4th at 7:00 p.m.
