Box Score MISHAWAKA, Ind. --- The #15 ranked Women's Volleyball team (13-2, 2-2) faced a tough foe Saturday afternoon as they took on #5 Indiana Wesleyan (12-0, 4-0) and lost the match in straight sets.
The Pilots and Wildcats went back and forth in the first set of the contest as they found themselves tied at 19. IWU took control and scored the final six points in a row to finish the set.
The second set was IWU's most dominant, winning 25-14 to give them a 2-0 lead. Despite the second-set loss, Cheyanne Seymour still had multiple kills, which kept the offensive alive in both sets.
IWU kept the pressure up in the third and had a lead of 21-13, but Bethel found some rhythm. The Pilots could go on a 9-1 run but failed to grab the set from IWU as they took all three sets here in Gates.
