Mishawaka, Ind.--- The Bethel University Women's Volleyball team returned to their winning ways Friday night at the Wiekamp Athletic Center, defeating Huntington University in straight sets (25-17, 25-14, 25-21).
The Pilots came out strong the first two sets but found themselves in a hole early in the third down 0-5. Bethel, who is receiving votes in the latest NAIA poll, caught the Foresters at 10-10 and then battled the rest of the way before pulling out the win to improve their overall record to 19-10 and 11-6 in the Crossroads League.
Hannah Wiess and Maddy Payne ended the night with 9 kills each to lead the way for Bethel.
