"I began playing soccer at the age of five on a boys' team before joining a girls' club the following year, where I spent the next eleven years developing my game. During that time, I had the opportunity to play in many different positions, which helped me become a versatile and complete player before ultimately finding my strengths as a full-back or winger.

In my final season in France, I competed at the U19 National level and also made two appearances in the French Seconde Ligue. I was part of a team that won the French National UNSS Championship, one of the highlights of my youth career.

As a freshman at Oakland City University, I contributed to a successful season in which our team won the River States Conference regular season title, the River States Conference Tournament Championship, and advanced through the first round of the NAIA National Tournament.
