Biography

High School: Markley competed for the Lady Dukes travel program and played softball for four years in high school. Each year, Markley received All-Conference recognition. In her senior season, Markley helped lead her team to a IHSAA Class 3A regional softball championship title. According to MaxPreps, she was ranked tenth in the state of Indiana for stolen bases (34) in her senior season. Other notable stats from Markley's senior year include a 0.452 batting average, 39 runs scored, and 15 RBI's. Additionally, Markley was a cheerleader for all four years.
