Biography

High School: Allen competed for the Indiana Gators travel team and played softball all four years of high school. She received All-Conference recognition three times, and was named to the Third Team All-State. Allen also led her team to compete in the Class 3A Sectional 21 Championship game. According to MaxPreps, Allen recorded 197 strikeouts in her senior season, ranking her 22nd in all of Indiana for this statistic. In her sophomore season, Allen totaled 154 strikeouts for a fifteenth place rank in Division 3A softball.
