2023-24 (Sophomore) Highlights: Appeared in 21 out of a possible 25 games. Ritzema totaled 17 digs, six service aces, three block assists, and one assist. Ritzema was recognized for his academic work, as he was named to the WHAC 2023-24 Men's Volleyball All-Academic Team. He was also named a 2024 Daktronics NAIA Men's Volleyball Scholar-Athlete. 

2022-23 (Freshman) Highlights: Appeared in 21 out of a possible 24 games. Ritzema's serving efforts landed him a spot in the record books as the number one player for service aces per set (0.27). Additionally, he is tied for first place in the program with Andre Parra for total aces in a season (20), and fourth in the program for total aces in a single game (4). Ritzema was also named to the WHAC 2022-23 Men's Volleyball Champions of Character Team. 

High School: Ritzema competed in both volleyball and soccer for four seasons. He also competed in wrestling for three years and basketball for one. 

Interests: Disc golf, fishing, and any other sport
