COACHING PHILOSOPHY / WHY DO YOU COACH?

  • Coaching is a great opportunity to help athletes grow as people and learn valuable life lessons. Our program is based on FOCUS principles:
    • 1. Understand why you do what you do.
    • 2. Live out the two greatest commandments (loving God with all your heart, mind, soul & strength; love your neighbor as yourself).
    • 3. Live out the great commission.
    • 4. Experience Godly joy as you use the gifts He's given you.
  • I look for athletes who are coach-able and competitive. I believe that you can run faster longer off of a huge aerobic base. I also believe that when you incorporate all the above you can learn to be active without fear, which results in freedom and accomplishing amazing things.
