Coach Ryan Ehm joined the Lady Pilots’ coaching staff in the summer of 2016 with a wide array of experience as an assistant coach at the high school and collegiate level. Most recently, Ehm spent two seasons at Olivet College in Olivet, Michigan, assisting the men’s team in 2014-15 and the women in 2015-16. During the 2014-15 season with the men, Ehm also honed his skills by taking the reins as the head coach for the men’s JV program. Ehm assisted both programs with guard development, recruiting and film breakdown. During his two-year stint at Olivet, Ehm was active in a variety of athletic administration roles, including game day operations, game supervision and overseeing student workers. In 2016, he received his undergraduate degree from Olivet in sports and recreation management. Prior to his work at Olivet, Ehm assisted Coach Greg Mitchell from 2012-2014 during which time the squad finished as a MHSAA Class C State Runner-up.
