Sturgill coaches to provide a strong, supportive community where students can grow in their faith while developing into confident, responsible young adults. Feeling called by the Lord to mentor and walk alongside student-athletes, she emphasizes relationships, accountability, and a family-like team culture while representing Christ and Bethel University with integrity in all aspects of the program.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sturgill coaches alongside her husband, Max, and together they are passionate about mentoring student-athletes and building a program grounded in excellence, character, faith, and community. While they do not have children of their own yet, they value this season of life and the opportunity to invest in and support their athletes in a meaningful way.
