GOSHEN, Ind. --- The Pilots (3-0, 3-0) had their first high-margin victory with a 6-1 win over the Goshen Maple Leafs (1-1) in a road US Highway 20 Cup match-up on Saturday.
The Pilots won the doubles point after
Kaavya Palani and
Szilvi Ferenczy defeated Blanka Bodo and Uliana Dotsenko in one doubles 6-2 and the duo of
Sandy Sharaf and
Kenzie Abdelaal defeated Morgan Piebe and Ariadne Otin O'Callaghan in three doubles 6-1.
The Pilots dominated the singles matchups with Palani in two singles took down Dotsenko 6-4, 6-3; Ferenczy defeated Sara Nino 7(7)-6(6), 6-3;
Kenzie Abdelaal won from her opponent retiring in four singles and Sharaf defeating Otin O'Callaghan 6-2, 6-0.

The Pilots face the Huntington Foresters at Ward Baker Park on Monday, Sept. 9 with first serve scheduled for noon.
