Box Score Grand Rapids, Mich. --- The Bethel Women's Basketball squad (5-13, 0-8) defeated Grace Christian University (1-11, 0-3) on an icy Tuesday night 72-16 with
Maiah Shelton leading the way with 22 points.
The Pilots shot 42.6% from the floor (29-68), had 32 points off turnovers, and 42 points in the paint.
Bethel dominated Grace Christian from top to bottom as every Pilot got over 10 minutes of playing time.
Bethel controlled the pace of the game as they outrebounded Grace 49-26 and had 13 second-chance points.
Maiah Shelton led with 22 points and three rebounds whereas
Paige Walton and
Caroline Morris tied with eight points, and a couple of rebounds.
NEXT TIME OUT
The Pilots will take on Grace College at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday in Gates Gymnasium.
